I was really upset with how everything was handled. It just didn’t feel very respectful, and I kept having to chase for basic updates when I already had enough going on. I mean, I get that things can be busy, but this added stress I really didn’t need. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I wouldn’t use them again...

The order did arrive and it was technically fine, but I wasn’t impressed. Support took longer than I expected to get back to me, and the whole process just felt a little off. Nothing was a total disaster, but the annoying parts stood out more than anything good, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

As someone who really values good customer service after a purchase, I found this disappointing. The return took way too long, and the aftercare just didn’t feel helpful or supportive.

I just didn’t feel much emotional comfort from them, to be honest. Everything felt a little cold and rushed (which was really hard in the moment), and during an already difficult time, that upset me more than I expected. It just wasn’t the kind of support I needed.

I used Empty Casket for an ashes inclusion piece and, overall, I had a good experience. Sending the ashes off was a bit scary, well, scary isn’t quite the word, more nerve-wracking, but the instructions were clear and the little kit made it straightforward.
It did take a little longer than I expected, but they replied when I emailed, and the finished item is really lovely. I’d have given 5 stars if the updates had been a bit more regular.

The product itself might be fine, but the packaging gave me a bad first impression. The box felt flimsy and kind of beat up when it arrived, so I immediately assumed the whole thing wasn’t going to be great. Maybe that’s not totally fair, but packaging matters to me because it makes it feel like the company actually cared. Nothing was completely destroyed, but it still felt cheap

I felt like the turnaround took way longer than I was expecting, and I didn’t really get a clear update until it was already late in the process. From my side, the communication could’ve been a lot better

I reached out to support hoping they’d actually help sort things out, but they weren’t much help at all. It felt like I was just going in circles without getting a real solution. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or proper follow-up to make up for the hassle.

I didn’t get any real updates about my order... and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to arrive.

Up close, the materials looked cheap and the finish just wasn’t great. Some of the edges were rough, almost like it had been rushed out the door. The photos made it look way nicer than what I actually got. For the price, I expected something much neater. I wouldn’t order it again...

I only wore this once and it’s already coming apart. whoever made this should’ve done a much better job because it definitely didn’t hold up like it should

I ordered this with specific initials, but somehow the engraving came back spelled wrong. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the package. Such a small detail, but it completely ruined the whole thing for me. Really frustrating experience.
